When you update Kease, rest assured that your Presets and License Key will remain safe and intact.

If you come from version 1.2.4 or later you don’t have to re-install the shorcut files, as they haven’t been changed . Just re-install the zxp file.

The linear interpolation is maintained when saving a Preset or applying a curve from the Graph Editor.

You can now adjust the handle and point size in the Graph Editor, making them easier to grab. Open the Settings panel and choose your preferred size.
The Graph Editor curve can now auto-apply every time you make a change. To enable this, open the Settings panel and turn on “Auto apply the graph editor curve.”
Fixed a bug that caused a handle to stretch beyond its limit.
Minor cosmetic updates to the Graph Editor.

2.0.10 (15 March 2025):

Bug fixed: copying an Extended Curve from a camera position property now correctly loads the curve into Kease Graph Editor.
Improved: When copying an Extended Curve from a position property without Linear Spatial Interpolation, Kease now evaluates whether the Spatial Interpolation can still be treated as linear.
Bug fixed: The “Linear Spatial Interpolation” button now works properly.
A new context menu entry has been added: select “Download New Preset Libraries” to open a webpage with free downloadable libraries. All buttons now have their own context menus.
The Graph Editor buttons Undo, Redo, Mirror, and Input Curve Coordinates are now available in the Free Version.
Minor adjustments.

2.0.9 (28 January 2025):

A new button has been added to mirror the Graph Editor easing curve. See a preview here.
Fixed a bug when duplicating or mirroring keyframes from one dimensional properties that do not accept any easing, like a Checkbox Control property or similar.

– “When applying the easing to a group of keyframes, target only the middle section.”
This option is off by default. When off the behavior is the same as Kease v1.
New option added to the Settings panel:
– “Kease always asks you for a name when saving a Preset.”
When saving a preset a windows pops up with the option to change or confirm the preset name.
Fix a bug in the License Management.
Minor cosmetic adjustments in the Settings panel.

The easing curves apply faster. I’ve removed the flashing layer appearing in the comp when applying the curve (which was just annoying to watch).

If you double click on an empty area of the graph editor, the graph editor resets to a default simple curve.
The graph editor displays a gentle message when you are trying to load a curve from a position property with no linear spatial interpolation (required to load curves in the graph editor).
The default preset library has changed (two groups only).
Fixed a bug when applying an extended curve to a position property which was messing up with the path handles.

Fixed a bug with reading keyframes values when an expression is applied. This was affecting many Kease functions.
Fixed a bug that prevented some keyframes to get re-selected correctly.
Fixed a bug that prevented the Undo function to properly re-select the keyframes of a path property.

When saving a Simple or Extended Preset, if more than one easing curve is detected (multi-dimensional properties) you can choose which curve to save.
Option to disable the text under the Simple Presets and show the influences values in the info bar instead.
Option to disable the text under the Extended Presets.
Option to disable the Preset Library (maily for Free users or users that don’t need presets).
Improved performance and less cache used.
Fixed minor bugs and UI improvements.

Right click on a preset and select ‘Export Preset’ to select just that preset.

A ‘License Info’ button has been added in the Settings panel to check how many times your License has been activated and how many activations are left.

Added the option to create a simple preset from coordinates. Right click on the C button and select “Create Simple Preset from coordinates”. Read more at the bottom of this page.
When a simple preset is created the library automatically switches to show the simple preset library. Same for the extended preset.

When appying an Extended Preset, if the first and last keyframe label color is the same, the new generated keyframes have the same label color.
When duplicating/mirroring keyframes, the label colors are also duplicated/mirrored.

Extended presets defaults have been updated as a consequence of this.
Fixed a bug when applying a simple preset to two spatial property keyframes with the same values.

1.1.1 (31 July 2023):

When you apply a complex preset, you don’t have to undo (Ctrl+Z) before applying a new one.
The animated preview (when hovering over a preset) now doesn’t cause the panel to refresh slowlier.
The ‘Speed Pass’ button has moved. Right click on the Ease button (E) to toggle the ‘Speed Pass’ option on and off. If on, a small green dot will appear next to the E, to indicate the option is active. Because the ‘Speed Pass’ option works with the Ease button only, it makes more sense to have it here.
